This pastel cardstock on Amazon is on of the less expensive pastel cardstock options I could find and is perfect for making a pink happy birthday banner or blue or purple or whatever color banner you’d like. If you are just looking for white cardstock I really like this card stock paper on amazon. It is much cheaper than I have found in stores and has a good thickness for these projects without being so thick that it jams the printer.
