Free Printable Vacation Packing List Template for Kids
This free printable vacation packing list template for kids comes complete with pictures to help kids navigate what is supposed to go in their travel bag before a trip. You can add in numbers next to each item or just check it off. I went over this list with my five year old and the pictures helped him understand what each item meant. Before our last few trips I gave each of my kids a checklist like this and had them place the items neatly on their bedroom floor. Then I double checked that they had packed what they needed and had the kids put their items in their travel bag. It worked great. Our five year old needed a little more guidance than the rest of my kiddos but we are learning to pack independently little by little. I consider it a learning process.
I often get asked what paper I recommend. For regular copy paper this 5 ream case of paper is one of the better deals. For cardstock I really like this card stock paper on amazon. It is much cheaper than I have found in stores and has a good thickness for most projects without being so thick that it jams the printer.
