Another way to use these would be to attache them to a cute blue striped paper straw like this one.
I like to take my files to Office Depot and have them print for me. They charge about $.66 each page for cardstock paper which is a great deal for a color copy. These will print 16 to a page. If you attach them to the toothpicks back to back they will be much easier to put together so remember to print twice the amount of what you need.
