Use this floral free printable meal planner template with grocery list to plan your weekly menu for you and your family. I like to use this meal planner when our family goes camping. This would also be a great way to plan your meal planning for weight loss in the new year. Track your families meals and come back to your old meal plans for ideas in upcoming weeks. Meal planning is the bane of my existence but when I bite the bullet and plan out meals for the week we eat a lot healthier and save money on groceries. My favorite perk of menu planning is that I don’t have to scramble at dinner time when I’m starving.

I often get asked what paper I recommend. For regular copy paper this 5 ream case of paper is one of the better deals. For cardstock I really like this card stock paper on amazon. It is much cheaper than I have found in stores and has a good thickness for most projects without being so thick that it jams the printer.
